Closed Alpha terms
AppraiseTrail is provided to invited Closed Alpha organizations. Approved organizations receive a private, organization-scoped workspace and may use it for real appraisal cases. Access is granted by an organization administrator and can be revoked at any time.
- Case and confidential information belongs only inside your approved authenticated workspace — never in public forms, the public sample case, or support messages.
- Practice (sandbox) workspaces are for fictional demonstration data only.
- Do not share your account credentials. Each participant receives their own invitation.
- Feedback you submit may be reviewed by AppraiseTrail staff and used to improve the product.
- Availability, features, and data may change without notice during Closed Alpha.
Assisted estimate extraction (optional)
Assisted estimate extraction is an optional capability that is turned off unless an organization owner or administrator enables it. When it is enabled and an appraiser chooses to run it, a copy of the selected estimate source document is sent to AppraiseTrail’s configured AI processing service for transcription assistance.
- AppraiseTrail does not separately append case, claim, policyholder, or user identifiers as request metadata. The source document itself is transmitted as uploaded and may contain identifying or confidential information present in that document.
- Results are proposals only; nothing is written to an estimate until a person reviews and applies it.
- The source document, not the extraction, remains the authoritative record.
- Documents sent for assisted extraction are processed by a third-party AI service; organizations that prefer not to share source documents should leave the capability disabled.
- Disabling the capability stops any further documents from being sent.
Continued use of AppraiseTrail indicates acceptance of these terms.
